Our patios come in several options including Brushed Concrete and Pennsylvania Variegated Patternized Flagstone laid on a concrete base. Brushed Concrete is typically the most cost-effective, long-term patio solution that requires minimal upkeep and can be colored to compliment your deck or house. Pennsylvania Variegated Patternized Flagstone is a blend of blues, grays, tans, and browns that compliments almost every deck or house color, and of course, there is a wide range of colors, styles, and other stones types available for a more customized look. All patios will slope away from the house to allow water to flow away from the foundation and will typically be set a few inches below basement door thresholds. Existing gutters or drains will be addressed if they are in the patio area.
